Bou Tharin,** Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator **(ACAR)**, Mrs. Eng Roathchhorda, Deputy Head of the Public Accounting Standards Office, and technical officer ​of the Technical Department, attended a meeting​ under the topic of "**Guidelines in preparing the financial statements under modified cash basis, Difference between budgetary and general accounting and Relevant tasks related to Treasury account.**" with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund **(IMF)**, led by **Ms. Sha Wen**, Regional Treasury Advisor for Southeast Asia of IMF, and **Dr. Frans Van Schaik**, IMF Expert, presided over by **H.E. Dr. Vong Bunindravuth,** Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the General Department of National Treasury, accompanied by **H.E. Ming Bansovannatichasila,** Deputy Director General of GDNT.
