More than 40 APD Bank customers gathered outside the bank in the Beoung Kak area to demand access to their funds after months of being unable to withdraw or transfer money.
One customer who deposited $400,000 said she had been unable to access her savings since early March. While her balance remained visible in the bank's app, withdrawals were first capped at $500 a day before becoming unavailable altogether.
