柬埔寨国家银行（NBC）近日获准发行新版5万及10万瑞尔面额纸币。
此次发行的新版纸币将与目前市面上流通的同面额纸币共同使用。柬埔寨国家银行表示，发行新版纸币旨在优化货币流通结构，并进一步提升纸币的防伪性能。

**Large denomination riel notes ready for updates**
The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) has been authorised to issue new-design 50,000 and 100,000 riel banknotes, which will circulate alongside the existing notes of the same denominations.
