The company also saw higher earnings and free cash flow. Total revenue reached $410.7 million, an increase of 12.8% year over year, while subscription revenue rose 13.6% to $378.6 million. Annualized recurring revenue increased to $1.536 billion, up from $1.379 billion a year earlier, representing 12% growth on a constant-currency basis. Growth was driven mainly by the Resources sector, followed by Public Works and Utilities, including the electric grid, according to CEO Nicholas Cumins. The company is also making progress with Infrastructure AI, integrating AI capabilities into its engineering software. Bentley said customers are beginning to use these tools on real projects, combining AI assistants with the company’s existing modeling, analysis and simulation technologies. Bentley said the results keep the company on track with its full-year outlook, while its continued cash generation gives it flexibility to invest in acquisitions and return capital to shareholders.
