2026年8月20日，东盟观察员团队（AOT）前往位于班迭棉吉省的波贝国际口岸进行实地考察。此次考察旨在核实并评估柬泰边境冲突所造成的财产损失，同时对停火协议的执行情况进行监督。

**ASEAN Observers Inspect Border Checkpoint
The ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in Cambodia has inspected the Poipet International Border Checkpoint in Banteay Meanchey province to see, verify and report on damage caused during the Cambodia-Thailand border clashes.
The Ministry of National Defence on Aug. 20 reported that the AOT was led by the head of mission from the Philippines and arrived at Kbal Spean 1 village after the ceasefire came into effect.
The AOT also visited locations with civilian properties before destruction by Thai F-16 fighter jets. Most of those who had been living in Phsar Kandal village are still unable to return home or resume their livelihood.
The locations are deep within Cambodian territory, about 8.2km from the checkpoint, the ministry said.
