岗位职责包括：监控各业务单元的标准作业程序（SOP）执行情况及运营标准；识别运营过程中存在的问题并跟进纠正措施；监督员工职责履行、工作流程及合规实践；撰写运营报告并提出切实可行的改进建议。
应聘要求：需具备工商管理、管理学、运营或相关专业的本科及以上学历；具备运营、行政、质量控制（QC/QA）、内部控制或相关领域工作经验者优先。应聘者需具备敏锐的观察力、分析能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，工作态度负责、注重细节，并具备学习意愿以应对新挑战。

WE ARE HIRING | CORPORATE COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
UNI Holding Group is looking for a responsible and proactive individual ready to take on new challenges and help improve how our business operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SOP implementation and operational standards across business units.
- Identify operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor staff responsibilities, work processes, and compliance practices.
- Prepare reports and recommend practical improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in Operations, Administration, QC/QA, Internal Control, or a related area is an advantage.
- Strong observation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
