**Sokhonn addresses Thai delays, urges resolution to border dispute**
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Prak Sokhonn has called for the full and immediate implementation of the Joint Statement of December 27, and for displaced Cambodian civilians to be allowed to return home.
