2026年9月23日，国际打击网络诈骗会议（ICCOS）在金边举行。东盟秘书长高金欢在会上表示，当前网络诈骗已演变为全球性严重问题，此次由柬埔寨主办的会议具有重要意义。

**[WATCH]** At the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS) in Phnom Penh, ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn said the event Cambodia is hosting is vital as online scams have become a very serious issue around the world. He warns against the increasing misuse and abuse of artificial intelligence technologies that amplify the scale and sophistication of online fraud, while urging member states and international partners to step up cross-border cooperation to dismantle transnational cybercrime syndicates.
