Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, attended the celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of India, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The event was presided over by H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, representing the Royal Government of Cambodia, and H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. The celebration was held to commemorate the historic occasion of India’s independence, while also providing an important opportunity to further strengthen and expand the longstanding and close relations between the Republic of India and the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of India.
