柬埔寨商务部提醒，所有在柬注册的企业，在完成商业注册满一年后，必须每年进行年度报告申报。此举旨在确保企业信息的时效性与准确性。
企业可通过商务部自动化系统官网（businessregistration.moc.gov.kh）进行申报。此外，商务部已接入银行数字化服务，企业也可通过ABA银行、加华银行（Canadia Bank）及爱喜利达银行（ACLEDA Bank）的手机银行应用程序（Mini App）办理申报手续。
该数字化申报系统支持在线完成申报及缴纳公共服务费用，流程更加便捷高效。完成缴费后，企业将获得电子版公共服务费收据。
