ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ទទួលជួបអ្នកជំនាញការរបស់អង្គការ UNCTAD ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃការសិក្សាវាយតម្លៃលើ អនុលោមភាពគតិយុត្តកម្ពុជាជាមួយនឹងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក JSI on Ecommerce របស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) … (ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកបណ្ឌិត Ian Walden អ្នកជំនាញការរបស់អង្គការ UNCTAD នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃការសិក្សាវាយតម្លៃលើ អនុលោមភាពគតិយុត្តកម្ពុជាជាមួយនឹងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក JSI on Ecommerce របស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO)។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ ផ្តោតលើការពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលលើលទ្ធផលបឋមនៃការសិក្សាវាយតម្លៃអនុលោមភាពគតិយុត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ជាមួយនឹងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក (JSI on E-commerce) របស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) ដោយក្នុងឱកាសនោះ អ្នកជំនាញការបានលើកឡើងអំពីក្របខ័ណ្ឌគតិយុត្តកម្ពុជាពាក់ព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក តាមរយៈការវិភាគលើកម្រិតសង្គតិភាព ភាពបំពេញឱ្យគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងភាពខុសគ្នានានារវាងធាតុសំខាន់ៗក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌគតិយុត្តទាំងនោះរបស់កម្ពុជាជាមួយនឹងបញ្ញត្តិក្នុងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះ ដើម្បីរៀបចំជាអនុសាសន៍ សម្រាប់កម្ពុជាលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក ព្រមទាំងកសាងជំហរជាក់លាក់លើសំណើចូលរួមគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកឡើងអំពីការចូលរួមសម្របសម្រួលរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាមួយអន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូលបន្ថែមតាមការចាំបាច់ សំដៅធានាថា លទ្ធផលផ្លូវការនៃការសិក្សាវាយតម្លៃរបស់អ្នកជំនាញការនេះនឹងមានសុក្រឹតភាព ប្រើប្រាស់បាន និងមានគុណភាពជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ សម្រាប់ជាមូលដ្ឋានបន្ថែមដល់ការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា --- His Excellency Sok Sopheak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, receives a courtesy call from a UNCTAD Expert to discuss preliminary findings of the assessment of Cambodia’s legislation with the WTO Joint Statement Initiative on E-Commerce. ... (Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 4 June 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, receives a courtesy call from UNCTAD Expert, Dr. Ian Walden, to discuss the preliminary findings of an assessment of Cambodia’s legal framework with the WTO Joint Statement Initiative (JSI) on E-Commerce. The discussion centered on the joint review and exchange of inputs of UNCTAD’s assessment of Cambodia’s regulatory compliance with the Joint Statement Initiative on E-commerce (JSI on E-commerce) of the World Trade Organization (WTO). During the discussion, Professor Ian underscored the existing E-commerce-related regulatory frameworks of Cambodia and their level of consistency, complementarity, and divergences between key elements of Cambodia’s legal framework and the provisions contained in the JSI. The discussion aims at developing strategic recommendations, among others, for Cambodia in developing its specific position towards the JSI in the future.
