(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ រ៉េស៊ីដង់ សុខាភ្នំពេញ ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាទី៤ ស្តីពី «ការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់របស់អាជីវកម្ម ដើម្បីទទួលបានគុណវុឌ្ឍិគ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់ការទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទាន» នៃវេទិកាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីហិរញ្ញប្បទានសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ច ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សមាហរណកម្មការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញប្បទានរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដើម្បីសម្រេចបានភាពធន់នៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ច»។ វេទិកាថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះ រៀបចំឡើងដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សមាគម ស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងវិស័យឯកជន ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីយន្តការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញប្បទានរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងជំរុញការកសាងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីហិរញ្ញប្បទានប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន និងចីរភាព ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការចុះបញ្ជីអាជីវកម្មជួយផ្តល់អត្តសញ្ញាណផ្លូវការដល់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម និងជាមូលដ្ឋានដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ទទួលបានការការពារផ្លូវច្បាប់។ លើសពីនេះ ការចុះបញ្ជីអាជីវកម្មក៏ជួយបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តពីអតិថិជន ដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ព្រមទាំងពង្រីកលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ឥណទាន និងឱកាសចូលទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានបន្ថែមថា ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយថ្នាលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន CamDX បានចូលរួមសម្រួលនីតិវិធីចុះបញ្ជីអាជីវកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយពេលវេលា ចំណាយ និងភាពស្មុគស្មាញក្នុងការចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីវកម្ម៕ --- (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Friday, 31 July 2026, at the Sokha Residence Hotel in Phnom Penh, His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, participated as an honorary panelist in the 4th panel discussion on "Legal Compliance for Businesses to Qualify for Financing" during the National Business Financing Forum 2026. The forum was held under the theme, "Integrating Government Financing Support for Economic Resilience." Organized with participation from representatives of ministries, state institutions, development partners, associations, financial institutions, and the private sector, the national forum aimed to raise awareness of the government's financing support mechanisms. It also sought to strengthen stakeholder cooperation and build an inclusive, sustainable financing ecosystem to support business development in Cambodia. During the discussion, His Excellency Secretary of State emphasized that business registration provides an official identity to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and serves as a crucial foundation for legal protection. Furthermore, registration enhances trust among clients, business partners, and financial institutions, while expanding access to financial services, credit, and broader market opportunities.
