柬埔寨旅游部部长胡特哈克于2026年6月9日访问越南河内旅游学院,旨在加强柬越两国在旅游人才培养方面的合作。
在访问期间,胡特哈克与河内旅游学院代理院长裴必孝举行会谈,双方就河内旅游学院与柬埔寨国家旅游学院及旅游职业学校建立合作达成共识。双方计划通过签署谅解备忘录,在学生交换、专家派遣、联合研究以及为柬埔寨旅游部官员提供培训支持等方面展开深度合作,以提升柬埔寨旅游服务质量及区域竞争力。
胡特哈克实地考察了河内旅游学院的教学设施,重点参观了烹饪艺术实训厨房,了解该校在酒店管理及餐饮服务领域的实践教学能力。
河内旅游学院成立于1972年,是越南首家旅游培训机构,目前设有9个旅游相关专业,每年招收约2000名学生。该校表示将通过派遣专家参与柬埔寨的研讨会与培训项目,支持柬埔寨旅游人才能力建设。
目前,双方已指派技术工作组负责制定行动计划并起草谅解备忘录,以推动合作协议尽快签署。

Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia and Hanoi Tourism College to Cooperate on Human Resource Development in the Tourism Sector to be outstanding and international standard
On the occasion of accompanying the Official Visit of Samdach Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (SRV) and with high permission, H.E. Mr. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, attended a visit to the Hanoi Tourism College; to exchange experiences and seize opportunities to strengthen cooperation in tourism human resource development between Cambodia and Vietnam.
During the fruitful meeting, H.E. Minister held discussions and exchanged views with Mr. Bùi Tất Hiếu, Acting Rector of Hanoi Tourism College, on strengthening cooperation between Hanoi Tourism College, the National Institute of Tourism, and Vocational School of Tourism (VST) through signature of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the future.
On this occasion, H.E. Minister also inspect the college’s practical training facilities, particularly the hands-on training kitchens where students are trained in food preparation and culinary arts, showcasing the institution’s strong practical training capacity in the hospitality sector.
In addition, Hanoi Tourism College expressed its commitment to contributing to the strengthening of human resource capacity in the tourism sector. The institution will provide training support for Cambodian students and officials from the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, as well as dispatch trainers and experts to participate in seminars and training programs in Cambodia; as well as to discuss potential collaboration in joint research programs and student exchange initiatives between the two countries.
In conclusion, both parties agreed to further strengthen the cooperation mechanism by assigning technical working groups on each side to develop an action plan and draft the MoU to sign as soon as possible. They also reaffirmed their shared commitment to enhancing and expanding cooperation in tourism human resource development, aiming to improve tourism service quality, promote sustainable tourism development, and increase regional competitiveness.
It is to note that Hanoi Tourism College is the first tourism training institution in Vietnam, established in 1972, offering vocational training in nine key tourism disciplines and enrolling approximately 2,000 students annually.
