ZINUS (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. 现急招HR薪资专员一名，工作地点位于干拉省干拉实登县Krang Sbov村ISI Park 2工业园。
岗位职责与要求：
1. 学历要求：本科及以上，主修工商管理、会计、人力资源管理或相关专业。
2. 工作经验：具备至少2年人力资源薪资核算相关经验，有制造业背景者优先。
3. 技能要求：熟练使用MS Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）及薪资核算软件。
4. 专业知识：熟悉柬埔寨劳动法、薪资税收政策及薪酬体系设计。
5. 综合素质：具备较强的分析能力、沟通能力及细节把控力，能承受工作压力并按时完成任务。
6. 语言要求：精通英语，会韩语者优先。
薪资待遇：
薪资面议。
工作时间：
周一至周六（周六为半天工作制），工作时间为上午8:00至下午5:00。公共假期严格遵循柬埔寨劳动法执行。

** *Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR payroll experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of labor laws, salaries tax, and compensation design.
- Proficient in payroll software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Korean is an advantage.
* Working Day: Mon – Sat (Half)
* Working Time: 08:00AM – 05:00PM
* Public Holiday follow Cambodia Labor Law
