The Cambodian government should consider the following policy steps to ensure that the TVET curriculum reforms have long-term impacts and are inclusive socioeconomically, since the market trend in Cambodia is increasingly pointing towards the need for technical skills. Therefore, Cambodia should increase the engagement of women in relevant TVET programs to ensure that they are included in the higher-skilled workforce in Cambodia.
