Local and international journalists visited Jin Zi Hui Property Management Co., Ltd. in Kandal Province as part of a government-organised media tour ahead of a scam conference on 23–24 September.
The property, described as a Prince Group subsidiary, was dismantled on 20 January 2026 over suspected online scam operations. Authorities reported seizing thousands of computers and mobile phones, along with servers, passports and other equipment.
