2026年9月30日下午，非银行金融服务机构（FSA）内部审计部门举办了内部审计知识竞赛颁奖典礼。此次竞赛旨在提升非银行金融服务机构内部审计人员的专业知识与合规审计能力。
活动由非银行金融服务机构内部审计部门负责人Chhun Sambath委托，副负责人Lim Channa主持。会计与审计监管局（ACAR）总干事Bou Tharin授权，由该局总务部主任Toem Satya及副主任代表出席仪式。

On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 30, 2026, with the high permission of **H.E. Bou Tharin**, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR), **Mr. Toem Satya**, Director of the General Affairs Department, accompanied by the Deputy Director of the Department, attended the award ceremony for officials of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA). The ceremony honored the winners of the competition on awareness regarding internal audit functions, organized by the Internal Audit Unit (IAU) of the FSA.
The ceremony was chaired by **Mr. Lim Channa**, Vice Head of the Internal Audit Unit of the FSA, representing **H.E. Chhun Sambath**, Head of the Internal Audit Unit of the FSA.
The primary objective of this event was to present awards to five winning candidates ranked 1st through 4th place. Among the winners were two officials from the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR):
