Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the pesticides, fertilizers, or agricultural chemicals industry.
- Hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel internationally and attend exhibitions.
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems.
- Proficiency in English.
