Cambodia’s labour market showed signs of improvement in 2025, with labour force participation rising to 71.6 percent and about 9.1 million people employed, although informal employment continued to dominate the workforce, according to the Cambodia Labour Force Survey 2025 released by the Ministry of Planning (MoP) yesterday.
