On Thursday Morning, 2 April 2026 the Accounting and Auditing Regulator of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority, organized a Dissemination **Workshop on Digital Financial Reporting Platform Procedures and updates on Annually Financial Statements Submission via Online System (E-Filing) for Enterprises and Not-For-Profit Entities**. The workshop was presided over by **H.E. Bou Tharin**, Director General, of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, and was attended by the management team and officials of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, as well as representatives from enterprises and non-profit entities, total 400 participants. This workshop was organized with the objective of disseminating and enhancing understanding of Digital Financial Reporting Platform Procedures and updates on Annually Financial Statements Submission via Online System (E-Filing), in order to promote and strengthen the proper and timely fulfillment of accounting and auditing obligations as stipulated in the Law on Accounting and Auditing. To begin H.E. the Director General, highlighted the Accounting and Auditing Sector Development Strategy in Cambodia 2025–2035, which has been officially launched for implementation with six clearly defined strategic pillars over a ten-year period. The strategic objective of this important document is “to establish a strong, transparent, and reliable national accounting system.” Promoting higher levels of compliance is a shared responsibility that requires all of us to work together in the spirit of thinking together, acting together, and sharing responsibility within the framework of partnership between the public and private sectors. Strengthening compliance can only be achieved when the private sector actively collaborates with the Royal Government and implements the agreed principles and measures. This will enable us to enhance competitiveness, improve planning, and, most importantly, build trust between the public and private sectors, as well as within the private sector itself. Taking this opportunity, H.E. Director General, highlighted several benefits of digital financial report preparation for small and medium-sized entities and not-profit entities, including: 1.
