H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, participated in the 5th Meeting of the National Committee for the Organization of the 20th Francophonie Summit, which will be held from 15–16 November 2026 in Phnom Penh, in order to review the progress of the various preparations for the Summit. The meeting was presided over by H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Chairman of the National Committee for the Organization of the 20th Francophonie Summit. Cambodia will host the Summit, which is expected to welcome representatives from more than 90 member countries. The meeting focused discussions on the venues for the Summit and the 47th Francophonie Ministerial Conference, as well as preparations for accompanying events, including the Francophonie Village and Francotech.
