2026年9月10日，柬埔寨证券交易所（CSX）在金边举行了LOLC（柬埔寨）有限公司的可持续债券正式上市仪式。

On Thursday 10, 2026, Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) hosted the official Bond Listing Ceremony presided over by H.E. Dr. HEAN SAHIB, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Chairman of the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) accompanied by H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities Exchange and Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), H.E. Hong Sok Hour, Royal Government Delegate in Charge as CEO of Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), Mr. Sok Voeun, Chief Executive Officer of LOLC (Cambodia) Plc., Mr. No Lida, CEO of Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia as well as national and international distinguished guests from various institutions.
In the opening remarks, H.E. HEAN SAHIB expressed his great pleasure in welcoming the return of LOLC (Cambodia) Plc. to the capital market for its successful fundraising, marking another milestone issuance and listing of sustainability bond in 2026. His Excellency added that amidst global economic tensions, the institution’s decision to raise capital through the Cambodia Securities Exchange demonstrates the strong market confidence. It also represents an optimal strategy to alleviate the pressure of foreign loans, which currently carry high borrowing costs and short repayment terms.
