The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Cambodia Office and the Ministry of Civil Service are strengthening cooperation to improve public administration and civil service management, with a seminar in Siem Reap on October 26 bringing together around 50 subnational government officials and Korean experts to discuss reforms in human resource management, recruitment, training and institutional capacity.
