位于干拉省干拉实居县的一家制造业工厂现招聘HR薪资专员一名，月薪范围为550至650美元。
岗位职责包括负责薪酬结构开发，处理日常薪资核算及人力资源运营工作。应聘者需具备本科及以上学历（人力资源、工商管理或相关专业），拥有至少3年薪资及HR运营经验，有制造业相关工作背景者优先。要求熟练操作薪资系统及Microsoft Excel，熟悉柬埔寨劳工法，具备良好的英语沟通能力，工作细致且具备较强的准确性。
工作时间为周一至周六（周六为半天），具体时段为08:00至17:00，公共假期遵循柬埔寨劳工法规定。
公司提供福利包括NSSF保险、工龄工资及每年18天年假。

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

⏰Working Condition
• Working Day: Mon – Sat (half)
• Working Time: 08:00AM – 05:00PM
