[English Below] កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាលើសូចនាករសមិទ្ធកម្មគន្លឹះទី២៨ “អត្រាតម្លៃបន្ថែមសុទ្ធនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ដែលកម្ពុជាទទួលបាន” ក្នុង ក្របខណ្ឌនៃការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាលើសូចនាករសមិទ្ធកម្មគន្លឹះទី២៨ ស្តីពី «អត្រាតម្លៃបន្ថែមសុទ្ធនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ដែលកម្ពុជាទទួលបាន» ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវតំណាងក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និង នេសាទ, ក្រសួង ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ក្រសួង ផែន ការ, ក្រសួង ឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និង នវានុវត្តន៍, ធនាគារជាតិ នៃ កម្ពុជា, វិទ្យាស្ថាន ជាតិ ស្ថិតិ និងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីជំនាញ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ សរុបប្រមាណ ៣០រូប។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ផ្តោតលើការវាយតម្លៃបន្ថែមសុទ្ធដែលវិស័យទេសចរណ៍អាចផ្តល់ជូនដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ តាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់ការចំណាយក្នុងស្រុក ការកាត់បន្ថយអត្រាលេចធ្លាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ការបង្កើនការប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មក្នុងស្រុក ព្រមទាំងការជំរុញការចូលរួមរបស់សហគមន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនក្នុងខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃទេសចរណ៍។ ថ្លែងក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបង្កើនតម្លៃបន្ថែមសុទ្ធនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ មិនត្រឹមតែជួយពង្រឹងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជំរុញការបង្កើតការងារ បង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្នរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ នឹងបន្តសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ និងវិធានការចាំបាច់នានា ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងធានាថាផលប្រយោជន៍ពីវិស័យនេះអាចហូរចូលដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាបានកាន់តែច្រើន។ ទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ Discussion Meeting on Key Performance Indicator 28th: “Net Value Added Rate of the Tourism Sector Retained by Cambodia” under the Framework of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over a discussion meeting on Key Performance Indicator No. 28 on the “Net Value Added Rate of the Tourism Sector Retained by Cambodia,” with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; Ministry of Commerce; Ministry of Planning; Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation; National Bank of Cambodia; National Institute of Statistics; as well as leaders, technical officials, and relevant stakeholders from the Ministry of Tourism, totaling approximately 30 participants. The meeting focused on assessing the net value added that the tourism sector can contribute to the national economy through promoting domestic spending, reducing economic leakage, increasing the use of local products and services, and encouraging greater participation of local communities and the private sector within the tourism value chain. Speaking at the meeting, H.E. the Minister emphasized that increasing the net value added of the tourism sector not only helps strengthen the national economy, but also contributes to job creation, increases people’s incomes, and improves the livelihoods of local communities, in line with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s policy on sustainable and inclusive tourism development. The Ministry of Tourism will continue to work closely with relevant ministries, institutions, and development partners to advance the implementation of necessary policies and measures aimed at enhancing the economic efficiency of the tourism sector and ensuring that the benefits generated by the sector flow more substantially to the Cambodian people.
