外交学院举办外交与国际关系培训 25名官员结业

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃី សុវណ្ណរតនា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ជំនាញការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ» សម្រាប់មន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងក្រសួងផែនការ សរុបចំនួន២៥រូប ដែលរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ។ ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបិទ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសំដែងនូវការអបអរសាទរដល់សិក្ខាកាម និងកោតសរសើរចំពោះសិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលយ៉ាងសកម្ម និងទៀងទាត់រហូតទទួលបានជោគជ័យនាពេលនេះ។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ឱ្យយកចំណេះដឹង ឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ និងបទពិសោធន៍ដែលទទួលបានពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ទៅអនុវត្តក្នុងការងារជាក់ស្តែង ប្រកបដោយភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវវិន័យ ស្មារតីបម្រើជាតិ ដើម្បីចូលរួមការពារ និងលើកកម្ពស់ផលប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ។ On the afternoon of 14 September 2026, His Excellency Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State, presided over the Closing Ceremony of the Training Course on “Diplomatic Skills and International Relations” for 25 officials from the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Planning, organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR). In his remarks, His Excellency the Secretary of State congratulated all participants and expressed his appreciation for their time, commitment, and active and consistent participation, which led to the successful completion of the course. His Excellency the Secretary of State further encouraged all the trainees to fully apply the knowledge, best practices, and experiences gained from the training course to their actual work with integrity, discipline, and a strong spirit of serving the nation, to contribute to the protection and promotion of the national interests.
