**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, online)
- Provide product information related to construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.)
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Follow up with customers to close sales
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients
- Update customer database and sales records
