柬埔寨经济与财政部举办“柬埔寨电子发票系统”推广研讨会

⭐️ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦, នៅសណ្ឋាគាររ៉េសុីដង់ សុខាភ្នំពេញ, អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល (អ.ស.ឌ.) នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ (ក.ស.ហ.វ.) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពី "ប្រព័ន្ធវិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិកកម្ពុជា" (Cambodia E-Invoicing System) ជូនអង្គភាពថវិកានៃក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នចំនួន ១៤ រួមមាន៖ ១) ក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ, ២) ក្រសួងផែនការ, ៣) ក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា, ៤) ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម, ៥) ក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន, ៦) ក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌, ៧) ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, ៨) ក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ, ៩) ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច, ១០) ក្រសួងធម្មការ និងសាសនា, ១១) ក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី, ១២) រដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាកាសចរស៊ីវិល, ១៣) រដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែន និង ១៤) អង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ។ ⭐️ សិក្ខាសាលាបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត គង់ ម៉ារី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ អមដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃ អ.ស.ឌ. និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំតំណាងក្រសួងដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃ អ.ស.ឌ. ទទួលបន្ទុកអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធវិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិកកម្ពុជា។ ✍️ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរ សិក្ខាសាលាខាងលើបានរៀបចំឡើង ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយបញ្ជ្រាបព័ត៌មានអំពីប្រព័ន្ធ Cambodia E-Invoicing ទៅកាន់តំណាងអង្គភាពថវិកានៃក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នទាំង ១៤ ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈរួចរាល់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តវិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិកក្នុងកំឡុងត្រីមាសទី២ នៃឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ដែលមានសិក្ខាកាមសរុបចំនួនប្រមាណ ២៤០រូប។ ————————— ✨ On the morning of April 22, 2026, at Sokha Phnom Penh Residence Hotel, the General Department of Digital Economy (GDDE) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) organized a dissemination workshop on the “Cambodia E-Invoicing System” for 14 budget entities of ministries and institutions, namely: (1) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, (2) the Ministry of Planning, (3) the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, (4) the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, (5) the Ministry of Information, (6) the Ministry of Justice, (7) the Ministry of Tourism, (8) the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, (9) the Ministry of Inspection, (10) the Ministry of Cults and Religion, (11) the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, (12) the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation, (13) the State Secretariat of Border Affairs, and (14) the Anti-Corruption Unit. ✨ The workshop was held under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. KONG Marry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, accompanied by the leadership of GDDE, representatives of the relevant ministries, and GDDE’s technical working group in charge of developing the Cambodia E-Invoicing System. ✍️ It should also be noted that the workshop was organized with the objective of disseminating information on the Cambodia E-Invoicing System to representatives of budget entities of the 14 Line Ministries/Institutions in order to ensure their readiness for the implementation of e-invoicing during the second quarter of 2026.
