Fill up a car in Phnom Penh today and you will pay $1.25 per litre for petrol. Two years ago, it was closer to $0.90. The Middle East is unsettled, international crude has crossed $90 per barrel for gasoline and $100 for diesel, and the Ministry of Commerce has already stepped in to cap pump prices.
