«ស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា សូមថ្វាយព្រះពរ ព្រះករុណាព្រះបាទសម្តេច ព្រះបរមនាថ នរោត្តម សីហមុនី ព្រះមហាក្សត្រនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឲ្យឆាប់ជាសះស្បើយពីជំងឺ។
យើងនៅជាមួយគ្រួសាររាជវង្ស និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានៅពេលនេះ។ យើងខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថា ពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ នាំមកនូវសេចក្តីសុខ សេចក្តីចម្រើន ដល់ប្រជាជាតិជាទីគោរពស្រលាញ់របស់ព្រះអង្គ»។
