A Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) delegation has said Russia’s ninth State Duma election was conducted fairly and openly and in accordance with the applicable laws and internal regulations of the Russian Federation, following its observation of voting at nine polling stations in Moscow during the three-day election from September 18 to 20, 2026.
