We are looking for a **Interior Design Manager** to lead our creative team and oversee high-end villa projects from concept to completion! 🛋✨ 💼 **Key Responsibilities:** . **Team Leadership:** Manage design teams, provide creative direction (Classic, Neoclassical, Modern, Luxury), and ensure quality standards. . **Client & Design Concept:** Present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visuals tailored to client lifestyles and budgets. . **BOQ & Pricing:** Oversee BOQs, fit-outs, and material selections with QS and procurement to meet budgets and quality. . **Project & Site Execution:** Coordinate with architects, site managers, and workshops, making site visits to ensure accurate implementation. . **Marketing Support:** Partner with marketing on visual content and portfolio highlights to showcase completed projects. 💼 **Job Requirements:** . Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. . 7+ years of experience in interior design, including 3–4 years in a managerial role. . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, SketchUp V-Ray, and Enscape. . Proven portfolio of high-end residential and villa decor projects. .
