Position: NGO Manager
Organization: The CAPE NGO
Location: In SiemReap
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of programs.
Lead staff and volunteers in implementing educational and community initiatives.
Develop strategies for fundraising, partnerships, and resource mobilization.
Report to the Board on progress, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in NGO management or similar roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with diverse communities and manage multiple projects.
Passion for education and youth development.
