Lead staff and volunteers in implementing educational and community initiatives. Develop strategies for fundraising, partnerships, and resource mobilization. Report to the Board on progress, challenges, and achievements. Qualifications: Proven experience in NGO management or similar roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work with diverse communities and manage multiple projects. Passion for education and youth development.
