We use agentic AI tools (e.g., Codex, DeepSeek Harness) for document processing, data entry, calculations, reconciliation, and draft reports — not just simple chat tools. An outsourced bookkeeping firm handles statutory books and tax filings. Your job is to review, verify, and keep everything accurate and on time: check AI outputs against source documents, coordinate with the bookkeeping firm, and handle local tax compliance. **What You'll Do** Check AI-generated data (entries, reconciliations, cost tables, reports) against invoices, bank statements, and receipts. Receive and review documents from the cashier; keep records complete for month-end. Bank reconciliation, cash monitoring, receivables/payables follow-up, expense review, payroll data (including NSSF and salary tax). Coordinate with the bookkeeping firm: deliver documents on time, review their monthly VAT, withholding tax, salary tax, and profit tax filings, and track all deadlines. Prepare simple monthly management reports (cash flow, receivables aging, inventory) with AI help and explain them to management. Handle tax compliance (VAT, withholding tax, profit tax, patent tax, salary tax, NSSF) and liaise with GDT, banks, and other offices as needed. Support the annual audit. **Requirements** Able to use AI agent tools (e.g., Codex, DeepSeek Harness) for finance work — not just simple chat tools. Hands-on experience running them and checking their output is expected. No programming skills needed. 2–3+ years of accounting experience in Cambodia, including the full monthly cycle: tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, salary tax, NSSF), bank reconciliation, and month-end closing. Solid knowledge of Cambodian tax rules and GDT e-filing. Strong attention to detail; able to find and explain errors. Can read financial statements and do bank reconciliation. Good English communication and Chinese. Reliable, honest, organized, deadline-driven. All ages welcome. Nice to have QuickBooks or similar software experience.
