SPEAN LUY公司现急招贷款催收专员一名，工作地点位于金边毛泽东大道（Legacy Business Center）。
岗位职责要求应聘者具备会计、金融、工商管理或相关专业的本科及以上学历。需熟悉贷款及还款流程，具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能够适应高压工作环境。拥有1年以上贷款催收或相关领域工作经验者优先，同时欢迎应届毕业生投递简历。
工作时间为周一至周五，上午8:00至下午5:00。公司提供五险一金，公共假期严格按照柬埔寨劳动法及官方节假日安排执行。薪资待遇面议。

*Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collection or related areas (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of lending and repayment procedures.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure
*Working Days: Monday to Friday
*Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Public Holidays: Follow Cambodia’s Labor Law and official public holiday schedule.
