OV LOGISTICS (CAMBODIA) LTD 现面向社会公开招聘高级客服专员（Senior Executive, Customer Service），工作地点位于金边森速区俄罗斯大道 Airway Complex。
岗位职责与要求：
应聘者需具备大专及以上学历，本科毕业生优先。必须拥有至少3年物流、货代、航运或供应链行业的客服工作经验，熟悉运输及进出口业务流程。
技能要求：
1. 熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件（Excel、Word、Outlook），有物流系统操作经验者优先。
2. 具备良好的英语读写能力，口语表达流利者更佳。
3. 能够承受工作压力，以专业态度处理客户问题。
4. 具备以客户为中心的服务意识，工作细致严谨。

***Requirement
• Diploma in any field is required; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industry

• Ability to handle customer issues professionally under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics systems is a plus
