**Chinese scam leaders, Cambodian guards ordered into pre-trial detention**
The Phnom Penh Municipal Court has issued detention warrants for 11 Cambodian security guards and five Chinese nationals, sending them to pre-trial detention for their roles in a conspiracy to commit large-scale technology-based fraud in Poipet.
