The Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation on Wednesday signed project agreements with 14 associations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to implement social welfare programmes worth a combined $16.45 million to assist vulnerable and disadvantaged groups across Cambodia.
