**Hun Sen shoulders blame for lack of military preparation; ‘overtrusted’ Thais**
Former Prime Minister Hun Sen has apologised to the Cambodian people for failing to prepare for a military defence of the Kingdom because he placed too much trust in neighbouring Thailand.
