The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Budi Santoso, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, with the participation of His Excellency Dr. Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, who delivered the keynote address and read the message from the President of Indonesia.
