近期西港地区出现招聘诈骗风险，多名中介举报一名ID为@Minghou002的印尼籍招聘中介存在欺诈行为。该人员常以招聘中介或中间人身份活动，通过发送虚假转账凭证及支付记录骗取信任。
该骗子的典型作案手法包括：向合作方承诺在员工入职后支付费用，但实际从未履行付款义务，并在事后切断联系。此外，该人员并非相关公司的直接代表，仅为中间人。甚至出现过公司已向其打款，但该人员伪造已向其他中介付款的证据，以此进行欺诈。

**Location:** KPS Area, Sihanoukville, Cambodia
**Role:** Indonesian recruitment agent/intermediary
Recently, several agents have reported problems after dealing with this person.
According to the reports, he may **send fake transfer records and payment receipts to gain trust**. He may also promise to pay after the workers arrive at the company, but the payment is reportedly never made, and he may later stop responding.
He is also reportedly **only an intermediary, not a direct representative of the company**.
