**Thank you for not smoking: Phnom Penh factory ordered to fix emissions problems**
The Xin Haowei Clothing Co Ltd factory, in the capital’s Sen Sok district, has failed to comply with environmental requirements, according to the Ministry of Environment. The owners of the factory have been given 45 days to make the necessary improvements.
