柬埔寨新年期间政府提供500辆免费巴士服务

Hundreds of Cambodians gathered at public bus stations to travel to their hometowns for Khmer New Year, which will be celebrated from April 14 to 16, 2026. Families arrived with heavy luggage, waiting at the bus station in OCIC Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh. The station mainly serves passengers travelling to Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear, while five other stations serve routes to other provinces. This year, authorities are providing 500 free buses for Cambodians returning to their hometowns across the country. The service runs for six days, from April 12 to 17, 2026.
