职位描述
Morea公司现急招区域销售经理，工作地点以干拉省为基地，业务范围覆盖干拉省、波罗勉省及柴桢省。
岗位职责包括负责区域销售目标的达成，管理销售网点覆盖率及拜访频率，制定销售规划并进行目标管理，维护客户及渠道关系，以及进行团队管理与领导。
应聘者需具备商业、销售或相关专业本科及以上学历。要求拥有3至5年快消品或化妆品行业销售经验，具备区域销售经理或团队主管工作经验者优先。
技能要求方面，需具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力，熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件及报表系统。语言要求精通高棉语，英语流利者优先。
本岗位为全职工作，薪资待遇面议。

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales in FMCG or cosmetic industry.
- Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager level or Team Leader is preferred.
III. Requirements / Key Challenges including Competencies, Skill Knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and team management
- Sales planning and target management
- Customer and trade relationship management
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting systems)
- Languages: Fluent in Khmer; English is an advantage.

- Area sales achievement vs. target
- Outlet coverage and call frequency
