柬埔寨矿产能源部部长高拉达那（Keo Rottanak）近日在接受CNBC采访时，就柬泰两国海上能源争议表态。他重申，柬埔寨致力于通过国际法框架和平解决该问题，以确保相关区域的能源资源能够惠及柬埔寨、泰国及东盟地区。

KEO Rottanak, Minister of Mines and Energy: «On CNBC Exclusive this morning, I reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to resolving the long-standing maritime issue with Thailand peacefully and in accordance with international law, so that the vast energy resources in the area can benefit Cambodia, Thailand, and the wider ASEAN region.
In this spirit, Compulsory Conciliation under UNCLOS is a legitimate and constructive mechanism to help advance dialogue, following Thailand’s decision to terminate the MOU 2001, the previous bilateral framework for addressing the issue.
Cambodia remains committed to peace, energy security, and shared prosperity for Cambodia, Thailand, and the wider ASEAN region.»
