2026年10月3日上午，柬埔寨副总理兼外交与国际合作部部长布拉索昆前往干拉省昂斯努县，出席2026年度优秀学生慰问活动。
布拉索昆在活动中对昂斯努县5所高中的优秀学生表示祝贺，并肯定了学校管理层及教师在教学工作中的投入，认为其对教育改革作出了贡献。现场，布拉索昆向学生们提出了相关建议与指导。
为鼓励优秀学子，布拉索昆向16名获得A等成绩的学生每人赠送一辆2026年款本田Dream摩托车；向103名获得B等成绩的学生每人发放40万瑞尔现金。
活动结束后，布拉索昆前往昂普拉萨棉杰寺（Ang Prasat Meanchey）、查克楚宁寺（Chhok Chheuneang）及普拉纳寺（Preah Neak）进行访问，并向这三座寺庙捐赠了资金及各类生活物资，以支持当地的亡人节活动。

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយសិស្សជ័យលាភីឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។

On the morning of 3 October 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over a gathering with the 2026 outstanding students in Ang Snuol District.
On that occasion, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister extended his warm congratulations and appreciation to the students for their hard-working and ceaselss effort in studying, as well as school management and teachers of the five high schools in Ang Snuol District for their dedicated efforts and commitment to teaching and educating students, whick contributes significantly to the reform of the education sector. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also provided several important recommendations and guidance to the students.
As an encouragement, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister provided support to the 16 students who achieved Grade A, with each receiving one Honda Dream 2026 motorcycle, while the 103 students gaining Grade B each received 400,000 riel in cash.
Following the gathering, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also visited three pagodas, namely Ang Prasat Meanchey Pagoda, Chhok Chheuneang Pagoda, and Preah Neak Pagoda, where he made financial contributions and offered various items for the Pchum Ben observance at the three pagodas.
