Tycoon Chim Sok, president of the Prey Veng Chamber of Commerce, has filed a complaint against Prey Veng provincial police chief Major General Chhoeun Bunchhorn and his deputy, Lieutenant Colonel Leng Pov, accusing them of demanding $10,000 a month in exchange for allowing his company to transport cattle to the Vietnamese border.
