The first project, designated as NR.57B1-Rung Chrey, consists of a road paved with Double Bituminous Surface Treatment (DBST) and reinforced concrete. Spanning a total length of 9.907 kilometers with a width of 8 meters, the road connects Rung Chrey village in Rung Chrey commune to Tuol Ta Sok village in Bansay Traeng commune, Thmar Koul district. This infrastructure improvement is set to directly benefit 1,672 families, comprising 5,318 individuals, while providing indirect benefits to an additional 5,560 families, totaling 30,875 residents. Construction on this segment began in February 2025 and is currently 57 percent complete, with final completion slated for mid-2026.
