14名柬埔寨学生获欧盟奖学金赴欧深造

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ **ឯកឧត្តម កាន់ ផារិទ្ធ** រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ **ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន** ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីកម្ពុជាចំនួន១៤រូប ដែលត្រៀមចេញទៅបន្តការសិក្សានៅតាមគ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សានានា នៅសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប។ និស្សិតទាំង១៤រូបត្រូវបានផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ក្រោមកម្មវិធី Erasmus Munus Joint Masters, Global Gateway Scholarships for Water Professions និង Energy Dual Degree។ ក្នុងជំនួប  **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ​ **បានពាំនាំនូវការសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងការអបអរសាទរយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅរបស់ **ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី **ជូនចំពោះក្មួយៗនិស្សិតដែលទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍។ **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ **ក៏បានចែករំលែកអំពីបទពិសោធន៍នៃការសិក្សានៅបរទេសរបស់ឯកឧត្តម និងបានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់និស្សិតឱ្យខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងសិក្សាដោយភាពឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តពង្រីកចំណេះដឹងនិងទស្សនៈវិស័យ ដើម្បីទទួលបានបទពិសោធន៍ដ៏មានតម្លៃទាំងផ្នែកសិក្សា និងវប្បធម៌នៅក្នុងប្រទេសដែលខ្លួនកំពុងសិក្សា ព្រមទាំងបង្កើនស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាពរឹងមាំក្នុងចំណោមនិស្សិត។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ **បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់និស្សិតទាំងអស់ឱ្យកសាងបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យ និងចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់កិត្យានុភាពជាតិ តាមរយៈការផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ និងសក្តានុពលនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍរបស់កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ។  នៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃជំនួប **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ **តាងនាម **ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី** បានប្រគល់ថវិកាលើកទឹកចិត្តជូនដល់និស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ និងបានជូនពរឱ្យធ្វើដំណើរប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។ On the morning of 25 August 2026 at the Ministry, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and High Representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy meeting from 14 Cambodian scholarship recipients who are preparing to pursue their studies at various higher education institutions across the European Union. These students have been awarded scholarships under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters, the Global Gateway Scholarships for Water Professions, and the Energy Dual Degree programs. During the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State conveyed the warm greetings and congratulations of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister to the scholarship recipients. His Excellency the Secretary of State also shared his experiences of studying abroad and encouraged the students to study with diligence and dedication​, while broadening their knowledge and perspective in order to gain valuable academic and cultural experiences in their host countries, as well as to foster a strong spirit of solidarity among themselves. Furthermore, His Excellency the Secretary of State encouraged the students to build meaningful networks, and contribute to enhancing Cambodia’s national prestige by promoting Cambodian culture and development potential to the international community. At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State, on behalf of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, presented token of encouragement to the scholarship recipients and extended his best wishes for a safe journey and every success in their academic pursuits.
