3. 全勤奖：全勤者可额外获得两天薪资。
4. 若每月不休假，可额外获得两天薪资补偿。
工作时间与福利：
1. 工作时间：每日11:00至23:00，共12小时。
2. 休息安排：每月休息2天，允许外出。为保障安全，每月仅限外出两次（发薪日及购买生活必需品各一次）。

💰 Salary and Benefits:
First month's salary is $600 USD. To become a full-time employee, you need to achieve $6,000 USD in sales, at which point your salary will increase to $800 USD.
📞 Voice-based salary: $900 USD for the first month, $1,000 USD for the second month.
🎁 Full attendance bonus: Receive two extra days' pay for full attendance.
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (12 hours)
